Paul Westerman & Denis Harrison

Paul and Denis have both had illustrious careers as head chefs in some of the area's leading hotels. They now work as chefs in the Army and have teamed up to provide an independent, private catering service in their spare time. Farmers' Markets

Farmers' markets are a great way of sampling some of the local produce. You will find them in the following towns:

  • Barnard Castle - first Saturday of every month
  • Leyburn - fourth Saturday of every month
  • Northallerton - fourth Wednesday of every month
  • Richmond - third Saturday of every month
  • Ripon - third Sunday of every month

A 'green' venture supporting local producers, this farm shop comprisese of a butchery section selling home cured bacon and gammon, a deli with an extensive range of cheeses, antipasti and olives and store cupboard ingredients such as organic fruit and veg, wines and irressistable sweet treats (made onsite by their own patisserie chef) has a lot to offer!
