Firm massage excellent for muscular aches and pains.
Reflexology (45 mins) £35.00
Gentle pressure to reflex points on the feet which correspond to all parts of the body. Can help to relieve a range of disorders.
Indian Head Massage (45 mins) £35.00
Massage and acupressure to relieve tired, tense back, neck and shoulders, followed by deeply relaxing and soothing massage.

We use beautiful Temple spa skin care in our facials. These products are anti-aging, expertly crafted, results driven and retail in Harrods and Selfridges in London
